Holiday Toy Drives

Chad Young / November 16, 2015

Bring Christmas cheer to local boys and girls with families in need who might not otherwise have a happy holiday by participating in two annual holiday toy drives this season:

TOYS FOR TOTS
The U.S. Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots takes place Nov. 5 – Dec. 11. You can drop off a new, unwrapped toy in a bin at all local Toys R Us and Babies R Us locations. Other local businesses also have drop-off bins. Find a complete list of Middle Tennessee locations at nashville-tn.toysfortots.org.

SALVATION ARMY’S ANGEL TREE
Donate toys that will go to local children through the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program taking place Nov. 7 – Dec. 5. Simply pick up a paper angel off a tree at The Mall at Green Hills, RiverGate Mall or CoolSprings Galleria, then shop for the boy or girl you select and return your gifts to the Angel Tree volunteers at the malls. Gifts are for kids ages birth to 12 years. The Salvation Army also seeks volunteers to help at each mall. Learn more at 615-242-0411 or salvationarmytennessee.org/nashville.
